6 Week Challenge

When I first messaged I thought I’d probably do the same as I always do, start well and then soon loose interest and not continue. I’ve struggled with my weight and confidence for years because I never stick to making a proper effort and getting fit. Adam has completely changed this!! He has helped to completely change my mindset about exercising and fitness in general! I’m loving attending his bootcamp sessions!! I couldn’t have asked for better help and support - Adam has been amazing!! 100% recommend!!

I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect when I joined the 6week challenge. I needn't of worried Adam and the crew were very welcoming and friendly. Adam explained and encouraged me in all parts of the session. Adam and the crew encouraged and complimented me in every step of the fitness session. After the 1st session I came away totally encouraged, motivated and looking forward to go back. Every session I attend through the 6wks I was encouraged constantly the sessions gave me such a buzz and kept me focused and motivated. After the 6 wks I had lost 6.6kg in weight as well as 4 inches. from my waist. I was totally buzzing and motivated as I never eva thought I would but absolutely love it and have continued to attend 3 sessions a week.I can't thank Adam and all the crew enough for all their encouragement and support.They have changed my life to be honest. I’ve been working with Adam for 3 months now, I’ve lost 24lb with help from him and other members. Sessions are well organised and in a friendly atmosphere, all Adam asks is that you do your best, doesn’t put pressure on you, and adapts workouts to suit your ability if you are struggling with aspects of it. I’ve tried several times in the past to get motivated to get fit, but never felt comfortable due to my lack of self confidence, but working with Adam has really helped me both physically and mentally with my confidence.
